Include your iPhone model, iOS version and Migami version (shown at the bottom of You). If you send screenshots, hide bank details, ABNs and other people’s information.
Site detection missed a visit
Check You → Settings → Shift detection, make sure the site is marked on the map, and allow Always location access in iPhone Settings. Enable notifications if you want a reminder to review a finished visit.
Detection uses iOS arrival and departure events, so it may be delayed or unavailable. Brief visits are normally ignored. You can always add shifts manually. Detection suggests your usual shift; you confirm the hours and add extra time yourself.
Email or share an invoice
Add a valid ABN, BSB and account number under You → Your details before sending. Email invoice uses your configured iOS Mail account. If Mail is not set up, use Share PDF to choose another installed app or save a copy.
Sharing does not prove delivery. Check the recipient and confirm whether you sent the invoice when Migami asks. Once payment arrives, mark the invoice paid yourself.
Subscriptions, cancellation and refunds
Open You → Manage subscription in Migami, or manage your subscription with Apple. Cancel at least 24 hours before your trial or current billing period ends to avoid renewal. Deleting the app or its data does not cancel a subscription.
If a purchase is missing, use Restore on the paywall with the Apple Account used to purchase it. For refunds, request a refund from Apple.
Your records and deletion
Work records are kept on your iPhone; we cannot recover them remotely. Save copies of invoices you need before using You → Delete all my data. This also removes visits in progress, local notifications and temporary PDFs. It does not remove copies saved or sent elsewhere, device backups or your subscription.
Keep your own records for your tax and business obligations. See our privacy policy for storage, backups and deletion details.
